Marriage Certificate of Edward Alexander Sinton and Olivia Ann Bridget Pringle - 8 October 1902

The script at the top of the certificate is difficult to read so here is my interpretation.
1902 Marriage solemnized under the authority of a special Licence granted by the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland at Maples Hotel in the Registrars District of Dublin in the County and City of Dublin.
Maples Hotel occupied numbers 24â€“28 Kildare Street, Dublin 2 and was closed around 1934.
The script to left reads:
Registered by me this 21st day October 1902.
